Last updated:
Voxel Labs, Inc. and all of its affiliates and subsidiaries, meaning companies related by common ownership or control (collectively, “Voxel,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respect your (the “user,” the “user’s,” “you” or “your”) right to privacy and strive to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes in greater detail our privacy practices for collecting and maintaining certain information collected about you, or your business if you represent a business entity. This Privacy Policy applies to all versions of our platform, software, hardware, applications, website, other websites, products, services, media forms, and/or channels that we operate (collectively, the “Services”), as well as our activities through social media, our marketing activities, and other activities described in this Privacy Policy.
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the page or as otherwise required by law.
We may provide additional or supplemental privacy policies for specific activities, products, or services at the time we collect personal information or as otherwise notified to you.
1. Application of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to all of our Services, whether or not they link to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that we process on behalf of our enterprise customers while providing Voxel Services to them. Our use of such information is governed by our agreements with those enterprise customers. If you have concerns regarding personal information that we process on behalf of an enterprise customer, for example if you are an employee of such an enterprise customer, please direct your concerns to that enterprise customer.
Our websites, products, and services are designed for enterprise organizations and their representatives. We do not offer products or services for use by individuals for their personal, family, or household purposes. Accordingly, we treat all personal information we collect as pertaining to individuals in their capacities as enterprise organization representatives and not their individual capacities.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on your interaction with our business, we may collect the information outlined in this section.

You may also provide us your photo in connection with the Services (for example, for a profile picture).
- Other data - that does not fit into the categories listed above. This category also includes information identified as personal information in California Civil Code Section 1798.80(e) that is not otherwise categorized, such as:
- Profile data - such as the username and password that you may set to establish an online account with us and any other information that you add to your account profile.

You may provide other data not specifically listed here, which we will use as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.
Information from third-party sources. In some cases, we combine personal information we receive from you with personal information we obtain from other sources, such as:
- Public and private sources - such as government agencies, public records, social media platforms, and other publicly or privately available sources.

Automatic data collection. We, our service providers, and/or our business partners may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interaction over time with the Services, our communications, and other online services, such as:
- Internet or other similar network activity data - such as pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, the website you visited before browsing to the Services, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times and duration of access, and whether you have opened our marketing emails or clicked links within them. We also collect data about your device, such as your device’s type and related information (e.g., make, model), IP address, unique identifiers (including identifiers used for advertising purposes), and device settings. We also collect data about how you are using our Services (“usage data”). While most usage data is not personal information, it may include information about your account (such as User ID, email address, or IP address), information about your computer or device (such as browser type and operating system), or information about your activities within the products and services, such as the pages or features you access or use, the time spent on those pages or features, search terms entered, commands executed, information about the types and size of files analyzed, and other statistical information relating to your use of the products and services.
Like many online services, we may use the following technologies to collect data automatically:
- Cookies, which are text files that websites store on a visitor’s device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser for the purpose of helping you navigate between pages efficiently, remembering your preferences, enabling functionality, helping us understand user activity and patterns, and facilitating analytics and online advertising.
- Local storage technologies, like HTML5 and Flash, that provide cookie equivalent functionality but can store larger amounts of data, including on your device outside of your browser in connection with specific applications.
- Web beacons, also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs, which are used to demonstrate that a webpage or email address was accessed or opened, or that certain content was viewed or clicked.
Data about others. Users of the Services may have the opportunity to refer other contacts to us and share their contact information with us. Please do not refer someone to us or share their contact information with us unless you have their permission to do so.
3. How We Use Information We Collect
We only use payment information, such as credit card numbers, expiration date, and security codes, as necessary to complete a particular transaction or as otherwise required by law.
We generally use the information we collect to:
- Fulfill your requests for products, services, support, and information;
- Analyze the use of the Services and user data (such as usage data or feedback) to understand and improve the Services and to build new products, services, or technology;
- To facilitate your visiting our offices or attending events;
- Prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, to protect our rights or the rights of others, or otherwise in accordance with our contracts with you; and
- For any other purposes disclosed to you at the time we collect your information or pursuant to your consent.
4. Anonymized or Aggregated Data
Anonymization is a data processing technique that modifies personal information so that it cannot reasonably be associated with a specific individual. Except for this section, none of the other provisions of this Privacy Policy apply to data that has been anonymized or aggregated (i.e., information about our customers that we combine so that the resulting data no longer identifies or references an individual customer). We commit to refrain from attempting to reidentify anonymized information except to determine whether our anonymization processes work as intended or as permitted by applicable laws. We may use this anonymized or aggregated data and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze and improve the Services and promote our business.
5. Information Disclosure
We limit any sharing of information we have collected about you to certain narrow purposes. Except as otherwise notified to you elsewhere in this Privacy Policy or at the time of collection, your information may be shared for the following reasons:
To comply with laws or to protect our rights and rights of others. If we believe the disclosure of information about you is necessary to respond to a legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our terms or policies, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our business or of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation. This includes exchanging information with law enforcement or other entities for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
To our third-party service providers. We may, from time to time, share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including but not limited to payment processing, credit checks, data analysis, e-mail delivery, hosting services, information technology, user services, and marketing assistance. Note that any payment card information you use to make a purchase from us, including on the Services, is collected and processed directly by our payment processors, not us, and as such is subject to that payment processor’s privacy policy, not this Privacy Policy.
To our business and marketing partners. We may disclose your information with third parties with whom we collaborate on joint activities (such as co-sponsors of contests and promotions), with whom we have entered into joint marketing relationships or other joint ventures, or who we think may offer you products or services that you may enjoy. Some of our products and services may be offered jointly with partners. If you register with our partner, we may also receive your personal information from them, and we may share your personal data with our partners for these joint offerings. If applicable, you should also therefore carefully review our partner’s privacy policy, which may have different terms.
To transfer assets in the event of sale or bankruptcy. If we reorganize or sell all or a portion of our assets, undergo a merger, or are acquired by another entity, we may transfer your information to the successor entity where we are permitted to do so. If we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, your information may be transferred or acquired by a third party.
To third parties designated by you. We may share your personal information with third parties where you have instructed us or provided your consent to do so.
6. Your Rights in Connection with Information that We Collect About You
Depending on the law where you live, you may have the following rights with regard to information about you:
- The right to be informed about what kind of information about you is collected, stored, processed, and disclosed by us.
- The right to request access to the information we process about you.
- The right to rectify any personal information that is inaccurate.
- The right to request deletion of your personal information that we collect or maintain.
- The right to restrict the processing of your personal information; however, if you restrict us from processing a part of your personal information that is essential to our provision of services, you may be asked to terminate your account and stop using our services.
If you would like to exercise any of the above rights or have any questions about your rights, please contact us with the information provided below. We will honor such requests as required under applicable laws. However, such rights are not absolute: they do not always apply, and exemptions may apply. We will verify that the information you submit matches our records before we fulfill the request and in certain cases may need to request personal information to verify your identity. If we do not comply with your request, we will explain why.
As described above, we may also process personal information that has been submitted by a customer to our Services and that we process on the customer’s behalf. If your personal information has been submitted to the Platform Services by or on behalf of a Voxel customer and you wish to exercise your privacy rights, please direct your request to the relevant customer.
7. Other privacy choices
You also have the following choices with respect to your personal information.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser settings. Many browsers accept cookies by default until you change your settings. Please note that if you set your browser to disable cookies, the Services may not work properly. For more information about cookies, including how to see what cookies have been set on your browser and how to manage and delete them, visit www.allaboutcookies.org. You may stop or restrict the placement of similar technologies on your device or remove them by adjusting your preferences as your browser or device permits.
- Advertising choices. You may be able to limit use of your information for interest-based advertising by using your mobile device settings to limit use of the advertising ID associated with your mobile device for interest-based advertising purposes or by opting out of interest-based ads from companies participating in the following industry opt-out programs:
- Network Advertising Initiative: http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp
- Digital Advertising Alliance: optout.aboutads.info.
- AppChoices mobile app, available at https://www.youradchoices.com/appchoices, which will allow you to opt-out of interest-based ads in mobile apps served by participating members of the Digital Advertising Alliance.
You will need to apply these opt-out settings on each device from which you wish to opt-out.
Do Not Track. Some web browsers transmit "do-not-track" signals to websites. Because of differences in how web browsers incorporate and activate this feature, it is not always clear whether users intend for these signals to be transmitted, or whether they even are aware of them. We currently do not take action in response to these signals.
Declining to provide information. We need to collect personal information to provide certain services. If you do not provide the information we identify as required or mandatory, we may not be able to provide certain services.
Marketing Opt Outs. We may periodically send you direct marketing communications that promote our products and services. We provide options to opt out from receiving such communications in accordance with applicable laws. Please note that even if you opt out of certain marketing communications, we may still send you important service-related communications regarding our products or services, such as communications about your subscription or account, service announcements or security information.
8. Data Retention
Your personal information will be retained only for so long as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out above and consistent with our retention policies, considering criteria such as applicable rules on statute of limitations, legal requirements, and the duration of your use of our website and receipt of our Services. In general, this retention will be at least for the duration of your customer relationship with us and a longer period as necessary for legal defense purposes or as required by tax and other applicable laws.
9. How We Keep Your Personal Information Safe
We use reasonable measures to help protect information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be completely guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is thus vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties despite our efforts. Please note that information collected by third parties may not have the same security protections as information you submit to us, and we are not responsible for protecting the security of such information.
10. Third Party Sites and Services
The Services may contain links to websites and other online services operated by third parties. In addition, our content may be integrated into web pages or other online services that are not associated with us. These links and integrations are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. We do not control websites or online services operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their actions. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of the other websites and mobile applications and online services you use.
11. Policy Regarding Children
The Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 18. If you become aware of any data that we have collected from children under the age of 18, please contact us using the contact information provided below.
12. International Data Transfers
We are headquartered in the United States and we may use service providers that operate in other countries. Your personal information may be transferred to the United States or other locations where privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your state, province, or country.
