Voxel’s 2024 in Review: Product Launches and Enhancements

This year, Voxel rolled out numerous product launches and enhancements to our site visibility platform. This post summarizes all of our exciting innovations in 2024. Happy new year!

2024 was a landmark year at Voxel, filled with significant product launches and enhancements. All of our innovations are designed to empower our partners’ safety initiatives, and we are grateful for every single person who has used Voxel’s platform to help make their workspace a safer place to be.

Here’s a snapshot of the key updates we rolled out this year:

Site Report Enhancements

Added Camera and Date Filters, Chart Markers, and Performance Updates to Site Reports. These improvements make it easier to share wins, raise concerns, and provide data-driven insights to your team and leadership.

SOC 2 Type II Certification

Achieved SOC 2 Type II compliance, representing a significant milestone underscoring Voxel’s unwavering commitment to the highest standards of data security and privacy.

Anonymization & Body-Blurring

Added the capability for your team to set site-wide anonymization controls to meet both GDPR regulations and internal privacy standards.

Camera Drill-Down on Data Panel

Introduced more ways to filter incidents by camera. These new customization features empower site teams to uncover safety opportunities at specific areas of the facility and understand their needs on an even more localized level.

New Use Case: Speeding

Enabled Speeding as a new Incident Type to help prevent vehicle related accidents and notify teams of speeding occurrences throughout the facility.

PPE Compliance Rates

Added PPE compliance rates to allow site teams to track the percentage of workers wearing PPE, such as hard hats and safety vests. This provides a massive opportunity to better assess risk and instill a positive safety culture.

Shift Filters

Introduced a ‘Shift’ filter on the Browse page, allowing site teams to uncover safety opportunities within their shift of interest in just a couple clicks. With this, safety leaders can focus training and safety efforts even more efficiently.

Personalized Boards (Launching January 2025!)

We are enabling the creation of personalized dashboards to allow managers and supervisors to quickly identify the most important safety opportunities for each department, area or shift in seconds.
